Who is the Free plan for?
Travel Animator's Free plan is built for first-time creators who want to try route animation without committing to a subscription. You can plot routes manually, import a GPX file, pick from a curated set of map styles, and preview your animation before exporting. It's the right starting point for social-media posts, vacation recaps, and classroom demonstrations where an HD export with the Travel Animator watermark is acceptable.
Most users stay on Free until they hit a specific limit — usually when they want the full 300+ 3D model library, 4K output, Google Maps link import, or a watermark-free export. There's no time limit on the Free tier and no credit card required, so you can keep using it as long as the features cover what you're making.
What does Pro unlock?
Upgrading to Pro unlocks the full Travel Animator experience. You get the complete 300+ 3D vehicle model catalogue — including premium cars, aircraft, trains, cruise ships, hot air balloons, motorbikes, and seasonal characters. The full 30+ map style library becomes available, covering realistic terrain, stylised flat maps, globe views, and festive themes.
Exports go from HD up to 4K for crisp social playback, and the Travel Animator watermark is removed from every video you produce. Pro plans also include unlimited saved routes, direct Google Maps link import, and priority processing for faster video rendering. Both Pro tiers — Monthly and Yearly — give you the same features; the only difference is billing frequency and the per-month effective price.
Billing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel from your device's subscription settings. You'll keep Pro features until the end of the paid period you've already been billed for.
Do prices vary by country?
The USD prices shown above are the US storefront rate. The App Store and Play Store automatically display your local currency, and Apple and Google may apply regional pricing adjustments in some markets. The price you confirm in the app is always the final amount you pay.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly?
Yes — cancel the current subscription and subscribe to the other tier. If you switch from Monthly to Yearly mid-cycle, the annual charge starts when the monthly period ends so you're never double-billed. Yearly is discounted to roughly $2.08 per month compared to $5.99 on Monthly.
Is there a free trial?
Travel Animator periodically offers a short Pro trial through the App Store and Play Store. Check the subscription screen inside the mobile app for current availability in your region.
Which payment methods are supported?
Payment is handled entirely by the App Store or Play Store, so any card, wallet, or carrier-billing method you've added there will work — Travel Animator never sees your card details directly.
